Every quarter, Recology hosts a recycling event in our community. Montara and Moss Beach residents can drop-off select recyclable items and help keep them out of landfills!
Accepted:
- Car & household batteries E-waste (cell phones, computers, etc.)
- Small household appliances (microwaves, radios, etc.)
- Fluorescent tubes & bulbs
- Furniture
- Scrap metal
- Styrofoam - packing blocks only (NO packing peanuts)
- Tires (auto & pick-up trucks only - MAX 4 tires)
- Mattresses (COIL only)
- 1 room carpet and padding
- Wood, unpainted and untreated
